GENERAL RULES FOR RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

• At the time of booking payment of 30% deposit of total amount due
• In case of cancellation of reservation we will held as penalty and expenses the following:

5% of the deposit when cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the date booked to rent the apartment
50% of the deposit when cancellation takes place between 7 and 30 days previous to the date reserved to rent the apartment
100% of the deposit when the cancellation happens less than 7 days before the date booked to rent the apartment
